No he wasn't,. Lena was pregnant when kidnapped,
Stacy is right. It was stated that they wouldn't get the DNA results for a couple of days so it was never confirmed that Mark is Hannah's father. They stated it was a possibility that Lena either could have been pregnant at the time she was captured OR immediately right after. Either way, Mark and Lena had been separated before she met Lars and she and Lars had been having sex before she got abducted so it's safe to assume that he's the father of both children.
