Yes, and she also included a cliff hanger warning in the description for book 2, which I appreciated. I chose to wait until this last installment was released before reading books 2 and 3. I have decided that Eve's work is going in my "not until the series is finished" category. I like it well enough to read it, but not enough to play cliff hanger games.
