Tatiana I think your criticisms are well-founded. From what I've read of Gladwell, he's good at asking really interesting intriguing questions, but his instincts are not so good at honing in on the right answers.

Greg Hi Chuck, sorry I didn't see this sooner. I'm not on goodreads much these days!

When I wrote this review, I was a pizza delivery guy with a degree in computer engineering and an interest in cognitive science.

These days I'm working on a PhD in philosophy (focusing on issues in psychology/cognitive science, broadly speaking).
