Has anyone ever read Cryptonomicon? If so did you enjoy it? Hate it? Meh? I have read reviews all over the board. Just curious what the BBS mind thinks.

* The Day After Tomorrow, Folsom, 692 pages, thriller (it’s been years since I read it though)* The Heart’s Invisible Furies, Boyle, 582 pages, historical fiction and a great read for Pride Month
* The Lincoln Highway, Towles, 576 pages, historical fiction, brilliant writing
* Foul Lady Fortune, Gong, 528 pages, historical fiction/fantasy, read this one last year for the BBS challenge
* Homeseeking, Chen, 512 pages, historical fiction, *so good*
* The Murmur of Bees, Segovia, 471 pages, historical fiction/western/gothic? A surprise hit last year
* A Gentleman in Moscow, Towles, 462 pages, historical fiction, adapted into an 8 episode mini-series
* Holly, King, 454 pages, horror. Not usually a fan of the genre but it wasn’t too graphic and reminded me how brilliant King is
*Small Island, Levy, 441 pages, historical fiction
* Little Women, Alcott, 449 pages, classic
* A Thread of Grace, Russell, 442 pages, historical fiction
* A Tale for the Time Being, Ozeki, 433 pages, fiction
* Moloka’i, Brennen, 405 pages, historical fiction
