Leva Khal Which book you will be gifting this holiday season?
Why do you believe that this book would make a great gift?
Will it be a second-hand book? A rare find?
An Audiobook or an E-Book?

A book that I will be gifting is Life Lessons by Elisabeth Kübler-Ross. It inspired me to reflect on my life and the lessons that I have learned. Whether you agree or disagree with the lessons shared in the book, you will be challenged to think about your own.

It will be my copy, a second-hand paperback. I held on to it for so long because of its value to me. For that reason, I feel that giving this particular copy would make it truly a gift from my heart.

I am excited to hear everyone's thoughts.

Jessica TheBookAddict If it's ever possible, I hope to gift everyone The Power Of Now by Eckhart Tolle... It has saved me from myself and my demons, and I swear to god that if everyone in the world was to read it at the same time, we would achieve world peace for at LEAST an hour! 😍💖

Lin I love this! I'm giving away a second-hand paperback copy of the classic and lovely Pride and Prejudice by the brilliant Jane Austen. I'm giving it to a dear friend that's leaving the city. The book is actually mine but she always loved this edition so much, and the novel itself of course!, that I just want her to have it.
Needless to say that P&P is one of my favourite books as well. And this precise book was the first copy I ever had, it means a lot.
I´m already loving this tradition. Thanks for bringing it! :)!

Brenna I'll be gifting Sisters in Spirit Haudenosaunee (Iroquois) Influences on Early American Feminists by Sally Roesch Wagner to my young 12 year old niece. It is a new PB book . I'm trying to encourage her to learn more about women "do-ers" so she can learn that she is capable of doing anything she sets her heart on.

Pamela Miller My family has such a wide level of education, interests, religious and political beliefs but the one thing we all love doing is reading. My husband and I give books almost every year for Christmas (the holiday we celebrate collectively). We usually have some sort of theme and this year is biographies/ memoirs/ history. From Debbie Harry to Julie Andrews, Sandra Day O'Connor's most recent book to a book about FDR we are gifting books from inspiring people to those who inspire me.
