Annie Wow, Jen, this is a fantastically written review. The best I've read so far (been paging through them). Fair, balanced, positives and negatives, as well as dissecting the intended audience. Fantastic!

Kara I much agree with your review.

I am horrified when references to bestiality and that it was so readily accepted. But then, in the bible it is mentioned as something that should be forbidden, so it must have been done at some point by's just gross to think about.

Michelle Well said!

Maitraya Black Since I'm not a religious person, I look at all religious doctrine as fiction. So, like The Bible, I rate this as a good story.

Trina People need to remember this is fiction Loosely based on historical events. Just enjoy the tale!

Sarah Thank you for this! As a Jewish-Humanist who sees the the Old Testament and the new, for that matter, as a book of "short" stories. I read Sarah by Marek Halter, mostly because it was an empowering take on my namesake. With reading this review, I think I'll read this book soon!!

Becky B Thanks for your review! You helped me decide on how interested I was in reading this.

Michelle Thanks for this great review. At first, I was a little turned off by the out-of- context characters, so I stopped reading it. But, perhaps I'll give it another go!
