Helene Pam We would not have time to go through all the stages to prepare ourselves. But maybe that would be better. I tell everyone how special they are to me while I am alive so they will know how I feel after I've gone. I would leave a note for the people that I may have hurt and tell them I was a young spirit then and ask for their forgiveness. I am trying to keep all my files up to date and easy to find because I would hate for my family to be searching for all my info. I have even written down all numbers of credit cards, accounts I have and they all have a copy of my will. I will be in less of a panic then and can concentrate on my journey to a higher plane. Whenever we have to fly my children and I have one word we say to each other "remember". We have discussed it's meaning. It means if anything happens on this journey know that I love you and don't want to you spend your time mourning for me because each moment is precious and I'll always be close to you and watching over you. I would be very unhappy if they broke down and struggled to go on with their lives because of something they feel guilty about as often happens when someone passes. So we remind each other that we love each other and words said in anger must never stay in our heart because our bond and love was so strong. It was a gift. So I believe in preparing early but that is typically me. Get everything done just in case lol.
