Brad Grocholski I'd actually recommend the opposite. reading them all back to back is a fantastic experience. you can't get the full experience without waiting years between books, and living on the theory post forums, but being able to read them all in 1 go is a luxury

Daniel Clouser Indeed. I didn't read any of The Wheel of Time until January, 2014 (not too long after the last book came out). When I was in middle school, I saw the enormous paperbacks in libraries and such and was really intimidated by the enormous volumes--longer than any single book I'd ever read before--that were also the 4th, 5th, 6th in the series. That stayed with me, and I shied away from the series because of that. I'm honestly glad it happened that way. I've read the series four times now, and I always read it straight through.
