I had gotten this book after a man whom I have known on/off two years at my favorite local metaphysical store told me he felt I was ready for this book, having had seen me work with crystals throughout my time coming in. The first and second book had been out of stock, but despite it being a trilogy, he told me he felt me to be ready for it.

I was destined to read it, as there was a power outage the night I had gotten of it from construction and it forced me to read the book, as I had no internet connection and my mother has taken my phone from me since May of this now last year which left me with no way for internet access (I only have a laptop). I plowed through more than eighty pages that night...

Katrina writes very eloquently.. Sometimes her style almost reminds me of Three Houses' Lady Rhea's dialogue. Her compassion is evident (as is strong intuitive judgement), very good syntactical variation, and strong vocabulary... The tone is lyrical and visionary, and brims compassionately. There are quite a few things I learned from the book, for instance, calcite will retain a rhomboid structure whenever it is dropped or further broken down.. That hematite will streak red.. I learned the story of the goddess Isis and Osiris, though I do not believe it as having happened, it is a good symbolism and most certainly with all being energy, in the astral realm most certainly they exist, even if they are fictional.

I had a few pages to remain for its completion and finished it this morning, but put it under completion for 2020, because there were a few pages left only, and I just had been too tired, my eyes collapsing with a beg for rest, and I could not persevere.

You will not be disappointed with this book, it is very thorough in explanation and specializes on specific crystals. The 6 Master crystals of this book, the 4 power stones and her own personally used stones (I will not enlist what they are as to not spoil for you). It is by far the best book I have read on crystals. I have Judy Hall's crystal encyclopedia, and it just does not give that thorough of info, though I do know she has other books that deeper delve in.

She also shares some of her own personal experience, sort of as how Philip Permut gives case studies of his own clients, but Kartrina here goes from her own experiences, not her clinical experience..

A lot of her exercises will have you need her other two books (Crystal Healing and Enlightenment) as a prerequisite, but that is alright. That is another thing; the book is very procedural. Expect to be given thorough instruction both regarding crystal placements and preparations like the sun meditation.. With strict timing and lengths of duration.

I have always felt this of myself, that I have autism because I am a spiritual being and my mind is trying to adjust in the physical plane with its intense energy, and her book confirmed this intuitive knowing I have always had is correct... It is an energy interaction of my soul and mind.. My soul more potent than that of my mind.. I have always known this. Moldavite tektite is what will help ground me as a star child further into this earth.

I began working with Kristina's books in the late 80s-early 90s, when I started to seriously work with and collect healing stones and crystals.

I think there are a few writers out there who have some good things to say about stones, but truthfully it all begins to sound the same after a while- but Kristina really understands the fine points and distinctions, especially when applying the work to chakra healing and related matters. I also really like Diane Stein's book on gemstones, for the same reason.

Also Katrina was talking about some of the more rare stones long before anyone else.
