I found more names in this book that I thought "Oh, gosh, please tell me someone wouldn't name their kid that" than names that I would actually use. I find it hard to take a book that lists "Cinderella" and "Tinkerbell" as name suggestions seriously. And I don't know where Cooper got her names from, but in many cases she listed a name as being "Native American"...except there's not just one American Indian language or tribe, so that's poor quality work. Sometimes she did designate a particular tribal group or language, but it seemed that more often she took the easy, and incorrect, route of just saying "Native American." Finally, this book would have been better if it had included pronunciations, as many of the names were ones that people wouldn't be familiar with.
