I found this book to be very enlightening concerning the body's ability to store memories and emotion within the tissues and cells of the body. This can lead to health issues and this book tells of the power of SomatoEmotional Release. More info at http://www.Upledger.com/

I really enjoyed this book. It presents exciting ways to help facilitate healing. Dr. Upledger was courageous in presenting a lot of this material. I definitely want this book for my library!
