Great introduction to the topic of college student employment. The book somewhat focuses on student or college union environments and may serve as a strong resource for those working in the field. The book is organized with the early chapters introducing theory and the latter chapters going more into application, ending with an appendix of sample evaluation forms, job descriptions, and training documents from different institutions. Since this is a niche topic, I wouldn't recommend it to everyone but definitely suggest to student affairs practitioners, especially those working in college unions.
