I ordered this book for the library (with full intentions to check it out myself immediately) but I was really disappointed. The sewing projects seemed to be trying too hard to be kitschy, and instead just looked tacky. The cover of the book is gorgeous, though.

OK, but not too interesting if you already know much about crafts. Some projects seem silly- who wants to unbuckle a belt every time they close a shade? I cannot believe the t-shirt quilt was included. That is a really old idea. The instructions look sounds, but I didn't try any projects.
