an excellent book to get started with South American Spanish. It will give you all the grammar you will need up until an upper intermediate level. The dialogues are simple but use the grammar points explained in the chapter. Each chapter also includes at least one reading text which will give you information about a South American country, city or tradition. At the back of the book you will find a small dictionary and grammar reference. Very helpful. The last chapters are very tough as there is a new tense and lots of new grammar squeezed into the same length of the other chapters. That's why this book should only be your introduction and you should refine further your knowledge with other exercise books. a great allrounder.
