Joanne Lefson is a liar, a cheat and an overall despicable person.

The concept of the World Woof Tour was difficult to grasp. The purpose of the tour was to expose the plight of stray and unwanted dogs around the world, however animal lovers are already painfully aware of the suffering of animals on our planet, so no surprises there for any of us. Lefson barely described what she saw at each shelter in any detail, so I felt very little connection to the locations. I saw no value to conducting a w

Their story began at an animal shelter in Grassy Park, Cape Town. Joanne Lefson had just moved into her new house but, according to her, in order to make it a home, she needed “a man in her life”.
Hence the visit to the Cap

I enjoyed this book, even if it did have one or two dog puns too many. It was also an eye-opener so I feel that the author got the result she wanted - from me at least.

Recommended reading for dog lovers everywhere.

I adored this book - travel stories, dogs, promoting the plight of homeless dogs. I also loved the author's sense of humour. There's nothing more I could ask for to make a great story. WOOF!!!
