Impressive. I was expecting tacky monstrosities showcasing 'classic Americana' style (my least favorite decorating approach, incidentally.) Instead, I found some terrific examples of attractive interior design with a wholesome spin. Nothing artificial, and absent the ultra-trendy (read: sanitized and devoid of character or interest) looks of contemporary homes. This book is great. (It helps that I like Laura Ashley generally.)
