Good information, but the book has some flaws. A few diagrams are confusingly labeled and/or incorrectly referred to. Also, one gets the impression that the author is holding back on some information in hopes of selling further book titles (this impression is strengthened by the fact that many pages at the conclusion are explicit promotions of such titles). Still, it's worthwhile reading.

this book has some good exercises for self-maintenance. easy exercises that anyone can do to help keep the body in balance. it gets a bit esoteric but is still accessible.
