The ending was crazy!! I like the way certain things that occurred were not completely revealed until the end which made the reason for the verdict more clear. You will be surprised at the length people will go to keep their secrets.

This is the book where Tasha, Scarface's wife & mother of his two kids finds out that Face had been unfaithful to her during their relationship together when Face's former sex partner Gloria reveals that during one of their many sexual romps when they were younger they'd conceived a son that she carried & birthed into the world. This had devastated Tasha & of course Face begged for her forgiveness claiming that he didn't know about a child with Gloria, but HE KNEW HE HAD BEEN WITH GLORIA BEHIND TASHA'S BACK THUS THE POSSIBILITY OF CONCEPTION OF A CHILD WITH ANOTHER FEMALE!
To make matters worse, FACE HAD TASHA HIRE HIS FORMER SIDE PIECE GLORIA, WHO'S NOW AN FAMED DEFENSE ATTORNEY, TO REPRESENT HIM IN HIS CRIMINAL TRIAL!
THIS BOOK SHOWS READERS THAT THE AUTHORS WERE MOST DEFINITELY MALES BECAUSE FEMALE WRITERS WOULDN'T HAVE WRITTEN THIS IN SUCH A WAY WHERE THIS WIFE HIRING THE BABY MAMA OF HER HUSBAND TO REPRESENT HIM DURING HIS TRIAL WITHOUT THINKING THAT SOME OTHER DEFENSE ATTORNEY, WHO DON'T KNOW WHAT YOUR MAN LOOK, FEEL, & SOUND LIKE IN THE THROES OF SEX, WOULD BE A BETTER CHOICE TO PROVIDE A DEFENSE FOR HIM!
BUT, NAW. MR. DESAINT & FREEWAY RICK ROSS FELT THIS WOULD BE FINE WITH TASHA, HAVING HER HUSBAND 'S SIDEPIECE BABAY MAMA TURNED DEFENSE ATTORNEY GLORIA SPEND MORE TIME WITH HER HUSBAND, SITTING BY HIS SIDE DAY AFTER DAY BEFORE DURING & AFTER THE TRIAL !
IF YOU CAN TELL BY MY ALL CAPS THIS DIDN'T SIT WELL WITH ME!
Neither did TRUCK BEING A SNITCH SIT WELL WITH ME EITHER, BUT THAT'S THE WAY LIFE GOES ....
A lot of other stuff was revealed in this book & the series including Little Robbie shooting his & Face's mama Pamela....
That's why I'd rated this book 4 stars.

wow just wow as the first book had drawn me in and kept making me turn the pages this one made my jaw drop. I can not even believe the turn of events and then manipulation and double crossing of the people in ones life. Then the balance of that then mixed with the loyalty and the love of people for one another and what they are willing to do to make sure you are straight. I am so glad I was told about this series I truly am. I am a huge fan of Face and the things he has went through in life and then way he conducts himself this is a page turner and if you like a great book that is not like the rest this is one for you.

New Kingpin (Scarface) now married (Tosha)with 2 kids successful real estate agent and his mother (Pamela) works for company. Everybody had their in something murder,blackmail,trafficking and snitching. Everything the Gomez brothers did Face still came out on top. Lil Robbie and Face good together (business only).

Face is a patient kind heart I love this kid. Reese did as expected so did the Gomez brothers but trunk I never saw it coming... Great read

I read Black Scarface 2 by Jimmy Da Saint and I loved it. This book was great and very well written. The plot was excellent and it kept me reading from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this book.
