This is a book with incredible variety of recipes. The outline is well organized, and the recipes are easy to find and follow. There are detailed tutorials on how to grill different types and sizes of ingredients. The pages are made of high quality paper that could withstand even the messiest of cooks. It is an excellent book to get your summer grilling started.
