A great resource for anyone in the field of Performance Psychology-with so much wisdom on how to help enhance performance!

Very good resource. Lots of easy to apply concepts for those with no background in psychology. Written for coaches, trainers, etc. My edition of it dates back to 1986 but it is still a great resource. I don't know if the later editions are updated in any way, though.
