Enjoyable switch off and tead style book. Full of action and OTT style military operations. If your looking for a realistic book this isn't it. But a work of fiction based on plans that were actually debated Full of twists and turns yep this is for you. SAS, land in Argentina, set up OP's over looking airbases, take on the might of the Argentine forces shooting up planes miles from friendly forces. Get captured, escape, rescue other prisoners and escape to Chile and the rising on the cake, they get the girl.
One of the worst books I’ve ever read. The story is fine, the writing is just atrocious. Was this fiction or a true story? Horribly written. Fails to keep the reader engaged by sending the reader through so many useless and irrelevant flash backs involving the lads and their girls? Why? Awful book.
