Patrick Livingston Murphy Williams was an American sports executive, who served as senior vice president of the Orlando Magic. Williams began his career as a minor league baseball player, and later joined the front office of his team. In the late 1960s he moved into basketball, with his biggest achievements being the 1983 title of the Philadelphia 76'ers and being a partner in the creation of the Orlando Magic.

Coach Bryant was the key influencer on so many that he touched. He made it very clear what he expected and demanded that each individual bought into the team. If you are or want to have the team play as one, regardless of the profession this will reinforce the concepts and allow you to see how it has been done and can be done for your .

Not a good as some books that I have read about the bear, it was more or less a combination of stories mixed with leadership lessons.
