This was an easy read and the author had some logical information. I have heard such conflicting information though about some of her points of view, that I only rated this with 3 stars. However, I'm finding myself still thinking about what she says, and have decided to try some of her suggestions. I am a 4-year cancer survivor and have recently had some friends and family who are also cancer survivors whose cancer has returned. I figure trying some her suggestions can't hurt.
