Quite dry book, but okay to read. Sharing My Key Take Out for you all here:
1. Brain is universal, everyone is given the exact structure, despite of the nationality. Therefore, human response towards an event is predictable

2. Positive Thinking is key to success and happiness. What we think/ perceive about ourself will eventually become reality, so always think positive and be optimist. Never let negative thing and situation take over the brain control

Some sensible ideas for dealing with people all wrapped up in neuroscience jargon. Got repetitive after a while. The diagrams were pretty awful.
