Until a few days ago, I had no idea I could speak to the dead. It only works when I'm asleep though.

This book explained what psychic intuition is and gave techniques to help develop one's own psychic abilities. The author backed his theories up with a little science, but some of his theories were far fetched. Others were outright ridiculous! He does well up until about chapter 5. Then it starts to get kind of hard to believe. If you're looking for just a little bit of tidbits of information, then this is a good book to read. But I would take everything past chapter 5 with a grain of salt.

It was interesting, at first I thought it was a woman then I found out it was a man from the UK and I had to completely change the voice I was reading with in my head. not a problem though cause I learned things about myself. then I skimmed through more and found exercises for the mind. me and a friend tried the one where you have to draw and it was really funny. we stayed in the same room though. we tested this by also using both our minds on her brother. Although we had fun we didn't get any real results. We got bored of the experiments cause they weren't working so we just went on to learning how to read palms. 10/10 for laughter and fun but 4/10 when it came to the experiments. They didn't work after several tries.

I felt like i gained no knowledge out of skimming through reading this book really disappointing to be honest. It Will leave you completely confused its made up of mostly exercises for learning how to develop abilities that they make a very difficult time reading to explain what it all means.

Picked it up from the library on a lark. It has some interesting meditation exercises. I skimmed it mostly.
