I was really disappointed with The Food Network South Beach Wine and Food Festival Cookbook by Lee Brian Schrager. I was expecting a beautiful cookbook with challenging recipes paired with delicious wines. The pictures in a cookbook are important, along with the recipes and pairings. Unfortunately, I found the photos in this cookbook to be bland and poorly layed out. I didn't find any recipes I wanted to try and it didn't provide any inspiration.
