This is another one I found via Eric Chock who is one of the editors of Bamboo Press. Bamboo Ridge is a local Hawaiian anthology that comes out whenever the editors have enough time and money to publish it. I have several copies of older ones. You have to go to the library or book store at the University of Hawaii Manoa to find these but Borders in Lihue, Kauai will order it for youl.
