175 Easy To Do Halloween Crafts Plot: Pretty self-explanatory title.
My Thoughts: I flipped through this and unfortunately, I wasn’t very impressed with what I saw. I know it’s a book for kids, but if I had kids I really don’t think I’d do any of these. None caught my interest and they all looked VERY cheap (not in a good way) and honestly, they looked like something out of the trash.
Most of the crafts have where one must be able to draw in able to make the crafts. This book would be better for classrooms if it included patterns. As it is the teacher would need to makes their own patterns, and print them off for the students.
I checked this book out for a 4th grader at Halloween time, thinking it would be cool to look over to get into the festive spirit. These crafts are bad and un-inspired. The kid looked at me like I was crazy for even bringing this in. Everything is cheesy construction paper projects that would fall apart in seconds. The book even repeats crafts with a different picture and calls it a different project. Pretty much worthless.
