Super scholarly--I was looking for something to give me a quick recap and overview about the Apostle Paul, but this wasn't it. A collection of essays from Professors, which were interesting and made me think about how much time and dedication these people have given to their life's work--but it was dry and intense and not something to read for enjoyment, more something to plow through.
More about Paul's testimony than his life. I was interested in the latter, but I suppose there is only so much factual information to use and talk about.
A very academic not very useful look at Paul from extremely narrow perspectives. I was hoping for an LDS take on Paul historically and doctrinally. This was not it.
