I was honestly tempted to give this a 3 star rating but it really is such a helpful tool for parents or even those who work with children. It is broken down by age and goes over emotions/skills that children are aiming to master depending on their age. My only gripe is that it is a pretty dry read. It was hard for me to get through it all because of it but I did learn quite a bit from it. Definitely worth checking it out!
