There are 30 different so-called simple recipes, but the book is sadly lacking in detail and examples.

Good introduction (fabric paints, color theory, fabrics and work area). A lot to learn from her instructions on free-form techniques, background/print/resist techniques. Some of the projects were too complex/difficult for me, but I had a lot of fun with others.
