PB:16 Friends of a Feather. Another funny book with the 3D eyes comes to life with a great story about finding the rightful owner of a feather that lands on a little boy. The descriptions at the end of the book about the different birds within the book is a great idea. You could read this to students and do a fun project on their favorite bird in the book!

This picture book is a fun and entertaining read. I love rhyming books like Dr. Suess and this fills the bill. The illustrations are amazing too. A warthog sets out on an adventure to find the owner of a beautiful feather. He runs into many different types of bird but doesn't find the owner until the end.
