Can't eat wheat and this book makes that easy! Pizza that even my friends will eat :) I no longer have to worry about missing out on my veggies and most the time the family don't even realize what they are getting! Yummy wheat free food that looks normal. Easy to follow and loverly pictures to go with it.
The recipes work and the ingredients are easy to find in the supermarket.
