This book contains basic information about how to handle a variety of health conditions. I liked the writer's sense of humor and straightforward approach. I'm just not sure what the audience would be for this book- perhaps I don't give myself enough credit for my knowledge, but I think this was information that most people know.

Has been excellent for reference over the years but now it's more likely I'd go online than search for the book.
