excellent read on a very crucial and critical topic... especially in the fast paced scrambling world we all live in. designed nap rooms are a must and much needed in every form of workplace. many cultures still adhere to the system of "siesta" and it helps.

The authors use humor so eloquently when delving into such pressing issues we face today. we go for coffee breaks and other kinds of breaks during work then why not try to rejuvenate ourselves for better work productivity and take a good short nap in a quiet dark room built solely for the purpose for our health ?
