I'll probably reference this during construction. However, it's not really a checklist. Some of the checklist items are questions that do not at all work in the check list format. I know that shouldn't bother me so much, but pretending "should I get more than one bid?" makes sense as check-able? A more accurate title for this book would be something like "10,000 questions you should ask yourself if you're doing a renovation."
