Ok, I noticed the rating for this book isn't that high, but I have to say I have no choice but to give it 5 Stars. Why? Because for me it was an eye opener with respect to food allergies, and exactly the affect it has on us.
I have a dramatic array of food allergies. But I couldn't and my doctors couldn't figure this out, because back in the day, who'd ever would think food was the culprit. My wife bought me this book, I don't know why exactly. Maybe just a shot in the dark with respect to seeing what it could do for me. This book basically set me in the right path with regards to at the very least LOOKING at food as something that could be part of the problem with the majority of my sicknesses. Turns out, it was!
This is more of a reference book, I would call it. It gives you examples of what you're dealing with food allergy wise, but really describes with examples of the effects food can have on your system. It honestly opened a lot of doors for me, and I am extremely grateful and thankful for at the very least giving this book a try. If anything, it's a really great reference with what food is and how it can affect you, thereby giving you a much broader perspective with how you should look at your food consumption. I had to give it 5 stars!
Informative book to learn about our allergenic environment and how it can affect our health. He goes into great detail as well talking about the foods we eat.
This book not only talks about allergies but possible allergic causes of ulcers, headaches and some other diseases.
He also talks about the effects of fluorescent lights, magnetic therapy, and many other things.
I found the personal testimony section incred- ibly interesting.
I have read thoroughly about 30 alternative health book in my life. And I would say that this books is one of the three best that I have read in this area.
