The material in here is a must-know for anyone involved with a charity or non-profit. The articles describe scientific studies that are key to understanding how to maximize fund-raising. My only issue with the book is that a number of the articles will be difficult to read for those who are not steeped in the jargon of psychology or in modern statistical techniques.
