This was an exciting Green Lantern junior novel that was perfect for my son. We read it together and had a good time discussing it. I appreciated that it had some simple discussion questions at the end. I also love the Blue Lanterns so I liked having them along for the ride.

We discuss Green Lantern in depth over on this special mini episode of the All the Books Show: https://soundcloud.com/allthebooks/of...

Short Green Lantern novel has nothing much to remember of to even want to remember - pretty dull stuff.

Blue Lanterns, Green lanterns...all have their place in the world. Is one way better than the other? When it comes down to fighting evil, each has their role to play.

Important lessons about working together and different ways of looking at the world wrapped around a lot of action and adventure. For kids who love superheroes, this is a great way to get started reading. Love this series!

So cute and very well done. Although I think the Blue Lanterns are destined for some disappointment when it comes to Hal. Ah well.
