Good figure drawing book-nice information on translating body structure into understandable forms.

The weakest of Bridgman's material in my opinion, as it deals with how your body moves (anatomy) instead of construction. Because of the poor print quality this book borders on being unusable. There are MUCH better books on the body's inner workings.
