An interesting biography. Interesting too because I'm reading it 28 years after it's publication (the fall of the Berlin Wall hadn't happened yet). There's nothing controversial or incredibly shocking about his life. This is just a modest, straight forward presentation of Carl. I think that the author did not get too in to specifics on certain topics I would have wanted to know more about. Worth the read. Not very long. Only about 162 pages.
