Some really interesting stuff from the 5 coaches in this book. The big let down is the author, it is really an autobiography from someone not important enough to write one.
LaMonte uses as many examples as possible to let you know how he made the coaches who they are today.
If you can get past this though there is some really good stuff in there.

Some parts of the books were slow. Overall I enjoyed learning about the different leadership styles of each coach.
