About the Authors

Brian R. Clement, a leader in natural health and healing for more than twenty-five years, is director of the Hippocrates Health Institute in West Palm Beach, Florida. He is also one of the founding directors of the Coalition of Holistic Health, an organization that brings together the many diverse elements of natural health, healing, and medicine. He has worked with many governments and organizations to improve health worldwide and conducts lectures and workshops globally to advance humanity and help create a better environment.
Theresa Foy DiGeronimo is adjunct professor of English at The William Paterson College of New Jersey and the author of numerous books, including The Natural Way of Healing Chronic Pain .

Brian R. Clement is a raw foodist vegan writer. He spent a year in Denmark as Director of the Humlegaarden Institute that had been founded by the Danish raw-food pioneer Dr. Kristine Nolfi in the 1940s. Upon his return to the U.S. in 1980, Brian assumed the title of Director of Hippocrates Health Institute and, in 1987, he moved the Institute to Florida.

Incredibly accessible book which provides an introduction to the benefits of eating raw food. Reference to scientific studies and a comprehensive overview of a lifestyle to foster good health. The author is the director of the Hippocrates Health Institute in Florida. If I lived in the US I would definitely visit!

Rarement me suis-je senti aussi vulnérable en lisant un livre. Dans le sens où je sentais qu'on pouvait me bullshitter n'importe-quoi d'une page à l'autre sur un domaine, la nutrition, que je connais peu. Enfin, peu, suffisamment pour déceler quelques énormités dans ce livre, d'où la nécessité de remettre en question chaque paragraphe, ce qui est essoufflant à la longue.

J'y reviendrai peut-être lorsque ma culture sur le sujet sera plus relevée, pour l'instant je reste sur ma faim.

This book will open up a new way to be healthier. It introduces you to eating raw foods and using sprouts. Also food combining. It introduces you to The Hippocrates Health Institute.
