If you like multi-way sex stories, this is a reasonably good collection. The best tales in the collection push beyond the stereotypes. "Lucky Pierre" (Carol Queen) and "Blackberries" (Nalo Hopkinson) stand out in their demonstration that "official" gender orientation doesn't mean much when you're with the right people. Shanna Germain's exquisite "Remember This" brought tears to my eyes with its tale of a long-term threesome getting older. "Wives" by Kate Dominic is a hot fantasy about joining a ...more

In the Mammoth Book of Threesomes and Moresomes there’s a little bit of something for everyone. While comprised of newly published (in 2010) and previously published works, the anthology manages to have more than just you bang and go story lines. Linda Alvarez edits this piece and seems to get that,
the thrill lies in being the focus of so much attention – sexual attention – and, in the realm of make-believe at least, the more the merrier. Three is decidedly not a crowd, and nor is more.

Shelves: not-too-proud
Overall a nice mix of graphic, heartfelt, and irreverent. My only criticism is of the two stories which break the glass wall back into reality. "Take Me to Carnevale" and "Don't Be Mad at Me" were sad and angsty and a bucket of cold water...
