Picked up at local library as I prepare for first 1/2 marathon. As someone who is new to running, I learned a few things about general injury prevention and diagnosis, but this would probably be better for looking up injuries and symptoms as they occur. It also had some useful tips about nutrition, but referenced a high carb diet and the "old" pyramid: not something that remains relevant today.

It has been my experience that running is one of the least healthy things a person can do to their body. However, I remain undeterred! I have a dream. A dream that one day, I too may run injury free:)
