Además existe versión actualizada a 2011
This book is full of so much bro-science and bullshit, it was painful to read. The routines were terrible, I could give you better workout routines than that. It's like he just played lucky dip with a bag of useless exercises and then patched it into a routine with a grand title. What a load of bollocks. And the diet stuff was rubbish as well. Telling busy people that they need to eat 6 times a day without fail to bodybuild is just abuse. And putting pics of people in tank-tops doing the exercises that you recommend does not convince me that they got like that by doing your routines. And what the fuck, the ''muscle-builder'' routine does not make sense in any way at all, is this guy seriously a doctor and orthopaedic surgeon because all he does is talk shit. Sort it out.
A very good explanation of what should be done with weights. For example, he recommends 3 sets of each exercise, as research shows there is no difference achieved with 4 sets. He also goes through a good explanation of the supplements and description of the muscles. Excellent photos of the exercises.
What I appreciate is that he doesn't give a specific routine. He keeps it non-specific, for example, Mondays is for chest, triceps, shoulders, and abs, Wednesdays for legs, and Fridays for back and biceps. He does give different recommendations for different body types and different levels of gym experience.
