This book is a fairly good visual tutorial. There are so many photographs that you don't even need to read the step-by-step directions! I've seen a bunch of these designs in other books - there's not much original here - but it does offer some inspiration. Please refer to other sources for techniques, though! This section of the book is way too abbreviated, and even incorrect (crimping, for example). And many of the loops in the finished items are rather sloppy.

Nicely photographed book of button jewelry projects. There's nothing here that's going to revolutionize jewelry, but there are some nice ideas for using up that jar of mom's buttons that's been sitting around since mom inherited it from grandma. I can't bring myself to use plastic buttons for jewelry, somehow, but the glass ones can be lovely.

Some pretty projects, a lot of them lean more towards purchasing new supplies than clever ideas using the buttons you've already had for ages. Instructions are decent. Nothing particularly new. I'd be a little worried about some of the ones involving more wire. That much weaving leaves the wire fatigued and more likely to snap.
