I recently got this book from my library, but I definitely would like to own it. I use my crockpot three or more times a week and am always looking for good flavorful recipes. The recipes include meat, chicken, seafood, and meatless main dishes, followed by soups and stews, and finally recipes for casual entertaining. Each recipe takes 15 minutes or less hands-on time and the ingredients are healthy (well most are anyway), it includes color photo, separate grocery list, and side dish suggestions for each recipe making meal planning a cinch. I would recommend this cookbook for those wanting quick, convenient, easy, and healthy crockpot meals for their family, this is a winner all around!

A good slow cooker cookbook. Some of the recipes seemed to be very similar to others. Overall, pretty good. I use my slow cooker from time-to-time but this book suggested some recipes I hadn't thought of for this method of cooking, including French Onion Soup.

My favorite slow cooker cookbook. Has a picture with every recipe. Includes many recipes I normally make in the oven.

Interesting ideas for slow-cooker meals that weren't just soup.

3.5 stars. May improve when I cook from it more. Some good recipes, but not many new ideas.
