I learnt new terms like blanching and how to select and store some vegetables like celery, broccoli. The baking recipes do not use butter. It uses vegetable oil, so a little more healthy. Almost all of their recipes uses vegetables, even the breads and cakes. I tried their carrot pineapple cake.
