This book has some good information, but I found it lacking in on-the-ground advice on the day to day work of fighting an eating disorder.

A helpful and insightful guide to someone new to eating disorders or completely unfamiliar with the world of therapy. I am pleased to report I found it pretty dull, but only because the information in it is so basic none of it was new to me at all.
